Practice Description
Whitney Tantisuwanna is an associate in the litigation department.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tantisuwanna focused her practice on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex contract disputes and securities litigation. She also represented companies in SEC and state securities regulator investigations, as well as companies and individuals in labor and employment matters, including wage and wrongful termination/retaliation disputes.
In addition to her regular practice, Whitney has also represented pro bono clients in immigration, veteran, and housing matters.
Professional Activities
Ms. Tantisuwanna is the immediate Past President of the Thai American Bar Association and a member of The William P. Gray Legion Lex American Inn of Court.
In 2014-2015, Ms. Tantisuwanna clerked for the Hon. Evelyn J. Furse in the U.S. District Court, District of Utah
