Practice Description
Meredith Stewart is an experienced litigator in a wide variety of general and professional liability matters. She has successfully defended personal injury, breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, housing and civil rights, wrongful death, healthcare, product liability, construction defect, construction site accident, environmental tort and professional liability claims. Ms. Stewart has handled all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal court, including appeals.
Ms. Stewart graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2001 and was Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas as well as a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. During law school she was a judicial extern for Honorable Terry Hatter at the United States District Court, Central District of California. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stewart practiced in the areas of insurance defense and insurance bad faith.

Ms. Stewart is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
