We are pleased to announce that Jason Luebbers has recently joined W&S as Senior Counsel in our Public Law Department and Transportation Practice Group. Jason brings a wealth of experience in public transportation and complex regulatory matters, both at the state and federal level. With a strong background advising public agencies on all aspects of transportation and public agency law, including federally funded infrastructure projects, Jason will further strengthen our firm’s commitment to supporting public transportation agencies in the Southern California region.
