Established municipal law firm with 40+ attorneys is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney with 5-8 years of experience to handle a wide array of civil ligation matters including but not limited to tort liability, catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death and civil rights. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work both independently and with team on complex cases.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience practicing in the area of civil litigation
- Experience in taking and defending depositions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong research and writing skills
- Trial experience is a plus
- Experience representing public entities a plus
