Practice Description
Michael Damasco is an associate in the firm’s eminent domain department. Here he helps to advise and represent public agencies in public infrastructure projects ranging from freeways to public utilities.
Prior to starting at Woodruff & Smart, Mr. Damasco was the John W. Pegg Legal Fellow at the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy where he specialized in environmental law. There he gained experience navigating the environmental review process, building relationships with public agencies, and administrative law.
Professional Activities
Mr. Damasco is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, and the California Lawyers Association where is he an active member of the environmental section.
