Practice Description
Gary Crockett is a member of the firm’s public law practice group and focuses on transactional matters. In addition to a background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial lending, he was previously a staff attorney with the California Court of Appeal and spent over 15 years as Chief Counsel of the Orange County Health Authority, d/b/a CalOptima, a local public agency charged with administering the Medi-Cal program in Orange County. In that capacity, he was responsible for all of the agency’s legal matters and advised the board of directors on a wide range of healthcare, governance, and public agency issues.
Professional Activities
Mr. Crockett was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2000 and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
