Practice Description

Christopher Grzelecki is an associate in the firm’s eminent domain practice group. The practice group focuses on advising public agencies on all facets of property acquisitions, and representation in the project planning and property acquisition phases of major public projects.

Mr. Grzelecki graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2016 earning a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and in Management, as well as a minor in Consumer Affairs.

He subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2022, with a certificate in Business Law. While in law school, Mr. Grzelecki was involved in several student organizations, made Honor Roll, Deans Circle, and was a Dean’s Fellow.

Prior to joining Woodruff & Smart, Mr. Grzelecki represented Hospitals in commercial litigation matters involving ERISA Plan Administrators and other Commercial Healthcare Providers. In this role, Mr. Grzelecki engaged in all aspects of litigation on behalf of the Hospitals, but also spearheaded settlement negotiations for fair and efficient resolutions of claims.

Professional Activities

Mr. Grzelecki was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2022, and admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California in 2023.
