Practice Description
Bennet Cinkle is an associate in the firm’s eminent domain practice group. The practice group focuses on advising public agencies on all facets of property acquisitions, and representation in the project planning and property acquisition phases of major public projects.
Ms. Cinkle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Legal Studies and Philosophy. After working as a guardian ad litem for unaccompanied immigrant children in New York City, Ms. Cinkle moved back to California to attend law school. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2024, graduating cum laude and with an emphasis in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law.
